TECMETAL GL651 is maintenance free bearing material which consists of bronze backing and embedded solid lubricant. It is improoved from BL651(bronze bearing with lozenge pocket) by embeding solid lubricants. The bronze backing as skeleton gives a very high compressive strength and provide good thermal conductivity for bearings manufactured from the TECMETAL GL651 material. Bronze CuSn6.5P0.1 is an excellent anti-wear material. The embedded solid lubricant offers perfect lubricating solution, which could keep the bearing maintenance free the whole life. The outer diameter surface of the plain bearings is shining polished, not only for show but true mass production. Also it can present good quality and offer the end user a good impression.
