TECMETAL SF-1X-CU matches DU of Glacier-Garlock. TECMETAL SF-1X-DU is a maintenance free bearing material which consists of three layers: steel backing, bronze layer and sliding layer. A 0.20 to 0.35 mm thick porous bronze layer tin bronze(lead free) is sintered onto the steel backing. In a rolling operation the pores of the bronze are completely filled with 1X-PTFE mixture, polytetra- fluoroethylene (PTFE), MoS2, Lead and other filler . On top of the bronze layer there is a 0.01 to 0.03 mm thick sliding layer of 1X-PTFE mixture. The steel backing and the sintered bronze skeleton give a very high compressive strength and provide good thermal conductivity for bearings manufactured from the TECMETAL SF-1X-CU material. The outer diameter surface of the plain bearings is coated with a copper flash for protection against corrosion. Products are shining polished, not only for show but true mass production.

General Terms and Conditions for the Price List: 
1. Incoterm: FOB Shanghai, Price in USD, rate: 1USD = 6.80RMB + 5%
2. Packing: Pieces in one bag or in one roll, then put in neuter carton, Marks on carton as arrange. 5% excess loading allowed. Then  make 1200*800 pallet if necessary.
3. Payment: 100% T/T in advance for small order. Otherwise 30% T/T for deposit, balance 70% by T/T at sight of B/L copy, or 100% L/C at sight.
4. Delivery: Usually the delivery is within 20-30days after order confirmed. We support some small  order delivered within one week in case of emergency..
5. Validity: Minimum order quantity: USD50 per specification. Promotion price expired date: 30th, June, 2009(latest order date). Otherwise only the original price is available. We keep  the right to modify the prices without prior notice. The most competitive price is based on your acceptance of TMD xxxx Mark.  
6. NDA: High confidential. Do not disclose to any other third party without permission.

7. Quality: We produce qualified products. The good material and the sufficient material is guarantee of good quality. We use Baosteel ST12(DC01) excellent cold rolled steel, then make 2-3microns copper plating, then sinter 80-100meshes bronze ball to keep the bronze and PTFE layer 0.25~0.35mm. We use HC24 thickness test machine to check the bronze layer thickness. The final products are shining polished and then get TIN(SN) plated. It is really shining products instead of only make the shining sample for show.
